A few weeks ago, I changed jobs, leaving Infomedia for blr | further, a brand agency in Birmingham, AL. Just to be clear, I didn’t leave my friends at Infomedia for any negative reasons, but when an offer from BLR came that I couldn’t refuse, well… you understand.
Since this new job is further away from my home and has a more rigid schedule requirement, my time has been greatly limited. Coupling that with the busy holiday season, and the fact that it took us an entire month to move a couple miles down the road into a bigger house, I am pretty much slammed, searching high and low for any morsels of time to just catch a movie with my kids, or make a real meal for the family. That being said, I do want to say that I am grateful to BLR and other contributors for helping me make my trip this weekend to WordCamp Louisville possible, and am excited for the break.
So I say all this to just explain to any that are looking for consultation, maintenance, or new work. I am putting a freeze on taking new work until January. I appreciate my clients, both current and potential, and hope to get back to business as usual as soon as possible.
